netfiles Board Room supports corporations, committees, local authorities, associations and societies in the efficient, secure and compliant preparation, execution and documentation of board meetings.

Agendas, meeting folders, minutes and decisions are created and stored directly in netfiles Board Room. Board members can securely access all meeting documents, edit and comment on documents, and exchange information with each other before, during, and after meetings, regardless of location. netfiles Board Room also includes a secure video conferencing function that can be used directly in the data room without installing additional software. All data is processed exclusively in secure, certified data centers in Germany.
