How secure data exchange works with netfiles

Easy user setup: Create a netfiles data room and add groups and users.
Secure file sharing: Upload individual files or entire folder structures to the data room, for example via drag & drop. All files are strongly encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit during both upload and storage in the netfiles Data Room.
Granular access rights: Define which users can view, edit, download, print, or not see specific documents at all – ensuring that confidential information remains protected from unauthorized access.
Additional protection: Secure highly sensitive documents with a watermark to prevent misuse, or redact confidential text passages. Additional safeguards include optional two-factor authentication and passkey login.
Comprehensive activity log: All user activities are recorded in detail in a clear and tamper-proof audit trail, allowing you to trace exactly who performed which action and when.
