The netfiles customer support team is available by telephone or e-mail to answer your questions. When calling us, you won’t be connected to an anonymous call center. Instead, you can directly talk to a netfiles expert, who will support you on all technical matters related to the the configuration and use of your netfiles data room. If you prefer to send us your enquiry by e-mail, you can normally expect a qualified answer within a few hours.
In addition, the extensive netfiles HelpCenter with detailed explanations and tips for using netfiles is available around the clock.
Our support line is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, to take your calls and e-mail enquiries. For urgent issues, our out-of-hours e-mail support is available seven days a week.
