netfiles data room now with new shared annotations feature

With the latest version of the netfiles data room solution, users can now create shared annotations in documents in addition to private annotations.

Shared annotations in documents

Directly in the netfiles data room, in the document preview, users can now create shared annotations in addition to private annotations. Shared annotations are visible to all users who have access to the document in the data room. Shared annotations can be created by all users who have at least the "View" access right to a document.

Annotations can be used, for example, for comments or to highlight important text passages in documents, making online collaboration in the data room more efficient.

Users with download rights can download documents either with their private annotations or with the shared annotations and print them out if required.
