Patrick Reininger appointed as second Managing Director of netfiles GmbH

netfiles GmbH, a leading provider of virtual data rooms and highly secure data exchange solutions, has appointed Patrick Reininger as its second Managing Director. With over 25 years' experience in digital value added, organizational structuring and leadership to his name, Reininger took over as Head of Marketing and Sales at netfiles effective January 1, 2026. His mandate involves penetrating new markets and target groups, developing strategic cooperative ventures and driving international sales in a heavily regulated and security-critical B2B environment.
