New pricing model: netfiles Deal Room now open to an unlimited number of users from 490 euros
Especially at the beginning of a transaction, it’s often unclear how many people will be involved. This applies to advisors, attorneys, and internal team members, but most of all to project participants on the buyer side. As a result, it’s difficult to estimate how many users will need access to the data room.
To make it easier for our customers, we’ve updated the pricing model for netfiles Deal Room. From now on, the number of data room users is unlimited. Customers thus benefit from reliable planning and a secure basis for costing calculations, right from the very start of a due diligence audit.
Likewise new is that prospective customers can choose from three product variants, with plans starting from just 490 euros per month.

Deal Room Professional: 5 GB storage space and a Q&A module (questions and answers), plus setup and application support by e-mail and phone
Deal Room Premium: Unlimited storage space and a Q&A module, plus setup and application support by e-mail and phone
