New Q&A workflow in netfiles Deal Room

In addition to the extended Q&A workflow, a new, flexible standard workflow is now available in netfiles Deal Room.

The standard Q&A workflow enables the flexible and fast processing of questions in the due diligence process. A data room administrator can now accept and assign new questions in one step or answer and release them himself.

Certain steps, such as accepting, assigning or releasing, can be bundled together for several questions.

The familiar, extended Q&A workflow remains active in running data rooms. If required, this can be deactivated by the data room administrator in the settings so that the new standard workflow becomes active.

The standard workflow is now active in new netfiles Deal Room data rooms.
