How to set the data room language for one or more users
As an administrator, you can specify whether the default language for a user should be German or English when creating the user. This determines the language in which the data room interface appears and whether the user receives e-mails in German or English. You can find more information on user creation for administrators here.
Want to create multiple users at once? No problem! Fill in an Excel file with the required user information – including language preferences – and upload it to the data room. Read here how the Excel file must be formatted.
Should a user want to change the language, they can do so in their profile under “Personal data.”
